Yael Levey

Yael Levey is Creative Director for BBC Weather, responsible for the user experience and design of the UK’s most used Weather service. She leads a multi-talented team of UX and visual designers, information architects and design researchers to create a seamless, intuitive and simple digital experience for millions of people in the Uk and around the world. Before the BBC, Yaël was the UX lead for the hit children’s game Moshi Monsters at Mind Candy, as well as working with a number of startups, agencies and businesses on their product strategy, user experience and design. Passionate about design teams and above all, people, Yael spends her spare time blogging at I Am Not My Pixels about creative confidence, how to work well within design teams and with other disciplines, as well as mentoring other designers.
